Annual Preventative Maintenance

Instrument Calibration
Agilitech calibration service is designed to safeguard your results and satisfy regulatory requirements. Our experienced technicians will assure your instrumentation meets original specifications and satisfies cGMP and/or other laboratory requirements. We provide compliant calibration documentation to meet your company’s design specifications and SOPs

Repair Service with Remote Diagnostics
If you need repair for an Agilitech instrument, our experienced and highly skilled technicians can remotely access your system to perform online diagnostics. We will make a determination whether you require a replacement part or other service. For replacement parts, you decide whether to ship your instrument to our facility or replace parts on your own. We maintain a large inventory of replacement parts to ensure quick delivery.
Training Service
Get the most from your systems through expert on-site training and education. Agilitech will customize a program to meet your needs.
We offer training for:
- Instrument operation
- PLC and HMI programming
- Filter replacements for TFF skids
- Chromatography column packing
- Basic tuning of the equipment
Qualification Service
Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) assures equipment delivery, installation, and validation of accuracy and precision according to manufacturer’s specifications. We can also provide the documentation you need: write installation qualification protocols and execute them in order to qualify that all materials and equipment are installed as designed; provide a summary qualification report; write operational qualification protocols and execute them to qualify the operational boundary of the skid (e.g., flow rates, pressure control, weight, phase control, inline dilution, etc.)
