The Agilitech multipurpose bioprocess filtration system is a highly versatile single-use platform that can be adapted for multiple applications. The same skid can be used for depth filtration, virus filtration, and sterile filtration.
Agilitech single-use systems are redefining flexibility. Our engineering experts work with you to understand your specific needs and adapt our standard system design to fit your purpose and unique system requirements. This includes reconfiguring the flow path to add more inlets, outlets, and more. With a brand-agnostic design, best-in-class components can be used for every aspect of the skid and we can accommodate specific brand preferences. The system can also be adapted to virtually any control system, giving you the freedom to make modifications on your own.
One skid. Multiple Applications.
The skid delivers maximum value by enabling users to perform multiple operations with the same skid. For instance, the unit can be used for depth filtration and later adapted for sterile or viral filtration, as needed. This next-level flexibility is possible given that the standard skid is not technically configured to a specific filter; the physical aspects of the skid are the same from one application to another. To configure the skid for different applications, the appropriate filter is physically connected to the skid and then parameters such as optimized flow rate and pressure requirements of the filter are configured. The compact skid design also makes it easy to move the skid from one place to another, wherever it is needed in your bioprocess.

Best-in-class filters and components are used for every aspect of the skid and we can also accommodate your specific brand preferences. This universal skid adapts to virtually any external filtration system (Pall Stax™, Millipore Viresolve®, and more.) And
The system also provides complete flexibility when it comes to automation and control. It can be adapted to any modern control system, including DeltaV®, Rockwell Automation®, and more. This allows your engineering team to make modifications as you need them. You’re never locked in to a particular vendor for your filters and components, or the control system.
Offers all of the inherent benefits of single-use technologies
The multipurpose filtration system is completely single use. It features fully sterilized single-use tubing sets, complete with integrated sensors, to minimize the risk of contamination. Sterile-to-sterile connections for inlets and outlets also reduce contamination risks. We use only the highest quality components; USP <88> Class VI certified single-piece tubing sets to ensure sterility throughout use.
Delivered with your preferred automation and control system
Agilitech engineering experts have years of experience with DeltaV®, Rockwell Automation®, and other leading platforms; we can integrate the system to meet your requirements. Regardless of the platform you choose, the user experience is the same due to the ISA-88 batch-compliant structure that is used to create the building blocks of the automation.
Intuitive control panel
The user friendly control panel is easy to use. Our engineers have listened to customer needs and have identified the functions and data that operators need to access most often; the user interface brings these functions and data to the top layer of the screen to eliminate endless clicking or digging for critical information.
